7-Day Returns

Unused and original packaging
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Eligible Items
Eligible for Return
- • Item received damaged or defective
- • Wrong item delivered
- • Item significantly different from description
- • Unused items in original packaging
Not Eligible for Return
- • Used or worn items
- • Items without original packaging
- • Returns requested after 7 days
- • Items damaged due to misuse
3. How to Initiate a Return
⚠ Important — Mandatory Requirement
To process any return request, we require an unboxing video of the product being opened at the time of delivery. Without a clear unboxing video showing the item in a damaged or defective condition, we will be unable to accept the return. Please ensure you record this video before disposing of the packaging.

- Share your order details, reason for return, photos of the item, and your unboxing video
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back
- Refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
